At the heart of my ministry is a simple word: connection. I want church to be a place where people know they belong. A place where children and adults, longtime members and newcomers, people who feel confident in their faith and people who have a lot of questions can all find a home. I want people to feel comfortable being honest about where they are in life and in faith, while also being encouraged and equipped to live out Christ's call to love and serve their neighbors. I also believe that every congregation has its own story. Every church has traditions that matter, people who have shaped its life, joys worth celebrating, and challenges that have helped it grow. With that being said, I believe the first step in a new ministry setting is to listen to the stories, learn what people love about their church, and understand what they hope for its future. From there, we can begin to dream and discern together where God might be leading us. - Pastor Justin
